Dr. Moses Satralkar is a Business Development, Retail, Corporate and Education Management professional. He is a dynamic educator who in the past has been involved in managing educational institutions and developing partnerships between top Universities and International Baccalaureate Schools from across the world. He is qualified with a Global MBA from the Massey Business School, Massey University, Aortearoa, New Zealand and is working in the Management of the New Zealand Bed Company in association with Lifestyle Furniture with the parent company Slumberzone at Auckland. With a research background in Circadian Rhythms, Sleep Science, and expertise with working in Sleep Systems and Retail Management his acumen is to position scale-up locally and expand business worldwide. He is a member of the City Impact Church, North Shore and the Snap Gym, Albany at Auckland.

He was previously Head of Admissions and Marketing at Harrow International School Bengaluru a premium Global Education Brand in association with the Conglomerate Amity Education Group. Earlier he was Director, Business Development and Partnerships, Indus Trust. He is one of the founding members of the Indus Training and Research Institute (ITARI). He was an IB Advisory Member and has been Associate Professor at the School of Education at Christ University. He has been a Professional in International Education for almost 15 years. He is qualified with a Ph.D. in Science specializing in Chronobiology, and has been engaged in International Education, Higher Education Administration, Scientific Research, Education Technology and Business Development. He has set up and managed prestigious private Education Institutions & IB World Schools in India. Dr. Moses has worked collaboratively with five Universities in the UK and one University in the USA as Faculty and Administrator to develop Teacher Education and launch Academic Courses. He is currently the Associate Director of the Global Challenges Forum, Switzerland and is associated with the United Nations Institute of Training and Research (UNITAR), Geneva, in organizing projects on UN Sustainable Developmental Goals, Social Welfare and Youth Leadership. He has been working with the Global Challenges Forum since its inception in 2010 in voluntary capacity and has keen interest in fostering international relations. He is an expert in corporate communication and media liaisons. Endowed with a vision, he is a member of the intelligentsia, active through prophetic discourse and reference research on unravelling and shaping of global scenarios, and much of which is not conventionally understood. GOD TV International (India, UK and US offices) recorded and aired his video Testimony as a workplace professional, for two months, during Missions Outreach in 2011; broadcast from Mount Zion, Israel, across 175 countries with over 500 million viewers.

Dr. Moses continues to be closely associated with the Oral Roberts University, USA as a Visiting Faculty in Biology, Educational Development Coordinator, as well as International Representative for Collaborations, Conferences and Admissions in India. Dr. Moses has also been working on the IB Advisory at Christ University, India and was previously an Associate Professor, Education engaged full-time with Teacher Education, International Office and IB School Networks and Conferences. He developed and launched India's first online blended IB Teacher Certification Course as a dual qualifying one year Post Graduate Diploma in International Education. He has been in the core team at Christ University for orchestrating Policies and Plans for implementation of the SDG Accord with Higher Education Sustainability Development Initiatives (HESI); and SDG Rankings for The Times World Rankings. He continues to be associated with the CSA office and CEDBEC offices. At Christ University, he taught the International Baccalaureate Theory of Knowledge (IB TOK), Educational Leadership and Management, Underpinning IB Theories and Philosophy, Neuroscience of Learning and Research Methodology. He taught and guided students studying on the Masters in Education Psychology (M.Sc), and IBO accredited Bachelors in Education (B.Ed), Post Graduate Diploma in International Education (PGDIE) - IB Educator Certificate (IBDP) Courses. His research interests continue to be International Education, Comparative Education, Circadian Rhythms and Cognitive Neuroscience.

Dr. Moses was previously Deputy Director and Co-Founder of the Indus Training and Research Institute (ITARI), and was in the core team that established this unique teacher training institute to develop highly specialized, post graduate level, international teacher certification programmes customized to meet the requirements of IB and IGCSE Schools. He initiated campus recruitment and placed several qualifying teachers as well as high school students in prestigious institutions in India and overseas. He taught on all Postgraduate courses at ITARI and managed the Indus International Schools for a decade in senior leadership capacity. Dr. Moses organized collaborations for Indus Trust that included the MA in Education awarded along-with the IB Educator Certificate with the University of Bath, UK; he also organized collaborations with Cambridge UK for offering the Cambridge International Diploma in Teaching and Learning. Dr. Moses has been responsible for campus recruitment and job placements of over 500 Teachers in reputed IB Schools across India and overseas for over a decade.
